Tariff and terms

Rates per person
All rooms are en-suite.

*Rates shown include breakfast.
An additional supplement may be charged for single occupancy of double rooms, subject to the number of nights and season.

*Minimum 2 night booking over weekends, either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday during mid and high season.

Bookings
To book, please either email your requirements (miclaran@btinternet.com) or telephone 01983 862726. A deposit of £30 per person per week is required to secure your booking.

• All prices are per person.
• Telephone reservations will be held for up to 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.
• The total amount (less deposit received) is payable on your arrival
• All rooms are offered subject to their availability upon receipt of your deposit & booking form.

Please note that we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance as you are liable for the accommodation charges in the event of cancellation.

Short break holiday tariff
Why not book a short break on the island and let us make all the travel arrangements for you. We offer special offer mid-week breaks.

Pets
We regret that pets cannot be accommodated, although guide and support dogs are very welcome.

Cancellation Policy
Please note, that when you book a holiday you are entering into a contract, and are legally obliged to pay a percentage of your holiday costs in the unhappy event that you are forced to cancel your holiday. We therefore strongly recommend that you arrange holiday cancellation insurance.

In the event that you do have to cancel your holiday then, the following scale of charges will apply.

6 - day of arrival or later	100%

The date of cancellation will be taken, as the date that your cancellation is notified and received by us.

All of the charges are based on the total cost of your holiday, less any pre-payments received. Should we be able to re let all or part of the accommodation then the charges will be further reduced. Please note that you will be invoiced for the costs of your holiday at the expiry of the holiday period.

Children
The hotel is suitable for adults only (over 16 years).

Deposits/payment
We require a non-refundable deposit of £30 per person or 10% of the value of the booking if over £500, this is required at the time of booking.

Card processing facilities are in place should you wish to pay by debit or credit card. An additional 2% surcharge is payable for credit card transactions.

The remaining balance can be paid by cash, sterling cheque or debit/credit card on the day of arrival.
